Recreation Program Coordinator - Programs/Beach

The Grafton Recreation Department seeks qualified applicants for the position of Program Coordinator- Programs/ Beach. The purpose of this position is to develop and oversee all special events and programs, along with being the beach director in the summer. This position is a hands-on position with frequent shifts at afterschool sessions, nights, and weekends and is responsible for the creation, implementation, and successful completion of programs and events. The Program Coordinator- Programs/ Beach will manage and lead staff and volunteer hiring, training, and placement throughout the year, collaborating with community partners.
