Director of Recreation & Beach

The Town of Truro is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time, salaried position of Director of Recreation & Beach within Community Services. This position is responsible for the administration, supervision, planning, and coordination of the Town’s year-round recreation and beach programs and operations, including oversight of seasonal staff, recreational programming, beach operations, and lifeguard services.

The salary range for this position is $79,100–$109,493 annually based on qualifications and experience.
