This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of the department through strategic planning, collaborative leadership, and innovative programming while empowering a dedicated team to create spaces and programs that enrich the lives of residents of all ages.

We’re looking for someone who will:

• Think strategically by developing long-range plans, identifying future community needs including helping to shape the vision for a new Parks and Recreational facility, and leading capital improvement initiatives
• Drive results by managing budgets, pursuing grant opportunities, and ensuring sustainable growth of programs and facilities.
• Build partnerships with schools, community organizations, athletic groups, and Town leadership to advance shared goals.
• Lead and inspire by cultivating a collaborative, high-performing team committed to exceptional public service and continuous improvement.
