The Summer Aquatic Director must work well with children, lifeguards, residents, and families, and help create a positive and memorable summer experience for all patrons. The Summer Aquatic Director is responsible for the overall operation, safety, and supervision of the municipality’s aquatic facilities during the summer season. This position oversees aquatic staff, ensures compliance with all safety and health regulations, and provides high-quality aquatic programs and customer service to the community.
