The Town of Weston seeks a dynamic professional for the position of Recreation Program Coordinator.  This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position.  The Program Coordinator performs responsible administrative, professional, technical and supervisory duties planning, organizing and conducting a variety of recreational, social, cultural and educational programs, projects and/or special events for the Weston community. The position requires detailed knowledge of Massachusetts health regulations for day camps and knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations.  Experience working with children to young adults. Excellent planning, organizational and customer service skills. Bachelor’s degree in recreation or related field; 2 – 4  years of experience in a supervisory capacity or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Hiring hourly range $34.89 to $41.87 DOQ.
