Crystal Lake Manager on Duty

Qualifications:
Age 21+
High School Diploma
American Red Cross Certified
Previous waterfront/pool experience

Job Duties

• Supervise all facility staff and enforce workplace guidelines
• Open and/or close the facility and complete a full walk through to identify
  any maintenance concerns.
• Open and/or close the financial tills and fill out daily report and bank
  deposit
• Testing of pool chemical levels every two hours and adjustment of
  controller as needed
• Responsible for maintaining accurate records
• Oversee daily lifeguard rotation and rest periods
• When necessary, discharge from participation any individual that poses
  threat to seriously bodily injury or infractions at the facility
• Ensure that emergency response is provided in an accurate, swift manner
  and that 911 is contacted when necessary
• Customer service tasks including program registration, refunding
  transactions, reconciliation of accounts, membership purchases.
• When necessary provide discipline action to employees that violate
  workplace code of conduct
