Facilities Supervisor

The Town of Dartmouth is seeking a full-time, Facilities Supervisor for 40 hours per week. This position is responsible for supervisory and skilled manual work of a participatory nature involving responsibility for the care and maintenance of public buildings, parks, grounds, cemeteries, and all other work as required. This individual will perform responsible supervisory and manual labor duties, requiring independent judgment and initiative, unusual or difficult situations are referred to supervisor. Supervises approximately 4 full-time employees and 8 part-time.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, five years maintenance or custodial related work, including 2 years supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
The following licenses and/or certifications are required:
Valid Class D MA Drivers License
Class 2A/1C Hoisting License

Must possess one of the following licenses:
Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License or
Valid Class B Certified Driver’s License

MCPPO Certification preferred

The salary range for this position is $30.43 - $39.59 per hour.
