Head Lifeguard for Morning Excursion

I am looking for a College Graduate and experienced lifeguard to lead a daily excursion 9am - 12pm every day from a daycamp campus to a beach front pond. This aquatics specialist will help me shape the policies and procedures around the excursion and be available and prompt daily from 6/24 to 8/15 from 9am to 12pm; person will be needed Monday through Friday then Monday through Thursday every week the camp is operational, in other words, will receive every other Friday off. Safety and experience are at the forefront of this position, and must be someone reliable, wonderful and careful with kids ages 4 - 14 with thorough and successful lifeguarding experience including management of junior lifeguards. Swim time is 1 hrdaily; leading excursion logistics are also important duties of this job.
